Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with supervisors to ensure all necessary maintenance tasks are completed and take on any additional duties assigned by management, all in alignment with our Operational Excellence Plan for the Maintenance Department. - Possess a solid operational knowledge of industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems. - Demonstrate exceptional skills in PLC, CNC, and PC troubleshooting and problem-solving, coupled with a practical aptitude for both mechanical and electrical systems. - Expertise in testing faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions using test equipment or software, applying comprehensive knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems. - Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems before they arise. - Maintain meticulous equipment logs that record performance issues, repairs, calibrations, and tests for each piece of equipment, both manually and electronically on the Downtime log for Maintenance. - Lead the installation and repairs of all electrical equipment, showcasing your technical prowess. - Operate equipment with finesse to demonstrate proper usage or to analyze malfunctions. - Skillfully run conduit in compliance with the National Electrical Code, wire starters, motors, controls, and breaker panels. - Collaborate with your supervisor to set personal goals and objectives, always striving to find ways to improve quality and productivity. - Prioritize safety above all else, diligently observing and enforcing all safety procedures. - Embrace flexibility in your work hours, accommodating any required adjustments to accomplish tasks. - A working knowledge of Arc Flash is a strong plus, further highlighting your proficiency. - Consistently deliver top-tier performance that aligns with our Operational Excellence Plan for the Maintenance Department.
